hg: valhalla/valhalla: Interpreter fixes for bytecode rewriting and withfield bugs

Hi,

I found some problems in the interpreter while porting the compiler tests to LWorld. Frederic fixed
them and I've tested/pushed the fixes because he has internet connection problems.
