RFR 8209899: [lworld] dcmd tests crash with "Unexpected constant pool layout"

Looks good.  I think we should look into eliminating the hardcoded CP 
indexes to inspect the reflection generated classes for jcmd to use.  It 
is very fragile.  Can you file a JBS issue as a follow up?
