CDS Support for Valhalla

Folks,

I've push CDS support for inline classes:

The main changes are:
   + support for new method entries for VT calling conventions
   + special handling of ValueKlass during CDS archiving and restoring

I've re-enabled CDS by default in the JVM, and also restored testing for 
CDS.
I ran tiers1,2,3 a couple of times and don't see any new failures.

Please let me know if you experience any problems that may be related to 
CDS :-)
