Transition project Valhalla to git and GitHub

And the transition of "lworld" branch to github is now complete.
Current repository(s) status:
* Only "lworld" branch has transitioned
o "nestmates" remains in mercurial (also happens to be mirrored on
github)
* "master" (formerly "default" branch under mercurial) is now
automatically up-to-date with "jdk mainline"
o "lworld" is the "git default", meaning a new clone will have
"lworld" branch already checked-out
* For information on working on OpenJDK projects in github:
o https://wiki.openjdk.java.net/display/SKARA
* There is a known issue with push notifications, being worked on
o https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/SKARA-301
* Any Project Skara related issues and questions may be sent here:
o skara-dev at openjdk.java.net
