Review Request: Add ClassOption.STRONG and default is unspecified

"adjacent" does not seem having equivalent meaning in this case about
the relationship with the class loader. “coterminous” is a new word
to me while I got the meaning once I googled it. It may be okay for non
native English speakers.
Alex contributes to this spec (big thanks to Alex).
