RFR: 8254254: [lworld][type-restrictions] Serviceability tests failing missing FIELDINFO_TAG_MASK

Please review this changeset which updates the SA to match the new format of FieldInfo.

Tested locally with test/hotspot/jtreg/serviceability/sa/ tests.
