[lworld] Integrated: 8279431: [lworld] Withdraw all support for ref-default classes

This reverts commit a4066d7a21377c03c04565fe23981d650f777a7b and a few other 
incremental additions on top of it. ref-default classes have lost their relevance
in the new three bucket model subsumed by value classes.
