[lworld] RFR: 8232892: [AARCH64] [lworld] Inline type use of Access API (compiler barrier support)

Missing AArch64 specific parts of [JDK-8231498](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8231498). Most of the code has been fixed in the meantime by other changes.
