Possible git issue with tags "would clobber existing tag"

Hi,

After the last merge from mainline, the tags were adjusted, and it is 
possible folks find this issue with there personal fork (assuming you 
have pull in tags)...

! [rejected]  jdk-21+1   -> jdk-21+1   (would clobber existing tag)
