[lworld+vector] RFR: Merge lworld [v2]

Jatin Bhateja has updated the pull request with a new target base due to a merge or a rebase. The incremental webrev excludes the unrelated changes brought in by the merge/rebase. The pull request contains four additional commits since the last revision:

 - post-merge fixes.
 - Merge branch 'lworld' of http://github.com/openjdk/valhalla into merge_lworld
 - 8296767: Support multi-field based vector classes.
 - [lworld+vector] Borrowing MultiFields initial implementation from https://github.com/fparain/valhalla/tree/multifields.
