I added a `@requires vm.flagless` with [JDK-8338262](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8338262) and [JDK-8338263](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8338263) to reduce noise in testing. That should be reverted.
