I hereby nominate Bhavana Kilambi(OpenJDK name: bkilambi)[1] to Valhalla Committer.



Bhavana is an author in JDK Project. She authored 17 bug fixes and enhancements to C2 Compiler encompassing AARCH64 Float16 backend support, mid-end transformations, and optimized inline expansions [2].



In the context of the Valhalla Project, Bhawana has contributed 4 patches on lworld+fp16 branch optimizing various Float16 operations notably [3][4][5][6].



Going forward she will be helping us in productizing the VectorAPI-Valhalla prototype on the lworld+vector branch.
