[lworld] RFR: 8342064: [lworld] IR mismatch errors in Valhalla testing after merging jdk-24+4

@chhagedorn found that this is actually a mainline bug and reported [JDK-8342156](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8342156). Let's cherry pick the fix to un-problem lists our tests.
