Frederic Parain has updated the pull request with a new target base due to a merge or a rebase. The pull request now contains three commits:

 - Merge remote-tracking branch 'upstream/lworld' into print_layout_cleanup
 - Fix ending blank line
 - Make layout names should be self-explanatory
