Update to use jtreg `7.5.1` looks good, even found a `TEST.ROOT` at https://github.com/openjdk/jdk/pull/20766 that lacks an update.

Deletion of `LIBRARY.properties` files looks good.

Addition of `@enablePreview` looks also good; might be no longer required after merging with `openjdk/jdk` mainline, as the Classfile API is no in preview mode?
