Subject: CFV: New Committer: Matias Saavedra Silva
I hereby nominate Matias Saavedra Silva [1] to Valhalla Committer.

Matias is a member of the HotSpot Runtime Team at Oracle and an OpenJDK
Reviewer. He is working on verifier changes for strict fields, and other
runtime changes for Valhalla. He has contributed 6 changes to the
valhalla repository [3].

Votes are due by March 31, 2025, 13:00 UTC.

Only current Valhalla Committers [3] are eligible to vote on this
nomination. Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this mailing list.
