[lworld] RFR: 8371560: [lworld] Disable check_symmetrical until JDK-8332406 is fixed

Disabling this assert until [JDK-8332406](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8332406) is fixed to get the CI clean. Also added a corresponding test.
