[lworld] RFR: 8376021: [lworld] compiler/valhalla/inlinetypes/TestTearing.java times out

The test times out in our testing when executed with `-XX:+VerifyOops` and/or `-XX:+CheckUnhandledOops`. I updated `SLOW_CONFIGURATION` accordingly.
