[lworld] RFR: 8377828: [lworld] verify which Valhalla ProblemListed tests still fail

Trivial fixes to update some existing Valhalla ProblemList entries to new bug IDs.

Many of the updates I originally generated have been removed because those
issues have been resolved in lworld since I started on my verification work at
the end of January.
