[lworld] RFR: 8367590: [lworld] vmTestbase/nsk/jvmti/scenarios/events/EM04/em04t001/TestDescription.java fails

Something went wrong after merge, recreated the PR:

After recent changes in mainline which improved synchronization of VMDeatch event the issue is not reproducible.
The fix removes corresponding entry from ProblemList
