Hmm, since I'm now adding a test in `test/jdk/valhalla/valuetypes` for it, I think I will move it to aid text-searching and discovery. I mean when this is all integrated the 'valhalla' bit should go away, so it'll just be:
`test/jdk/valuetypes` and `make/jdk/src/classes/build/tools/valuetypes`
