CFV: New Valhalla Comitter: David Beaumont

I hereby nominate David Beaumont (david-beaumont [3]) to Valhalla Committer.

David Beaumont is a member of the Core Libraries team at Oracle.

To date, David has contributed 24 patches [4], with a focus on preview resource distribution in jimage and the module system.

David is also a committer in the JDK project, focusing on the same area.

Only current Valhalla Committers [1] are eligible to vote on this nomination.
