[lworld] RFR: 8366774: [lworld] runtime/cds/TestDefaultArchiveLoading.java started failing since jdk-25+26

This change both enables the UseCompactObjectHeaders archives for valhalla and fixes the test that looks for the archives.  Testing with tier1-3 with --enable-preview and -XX:+UseCompactObjectHeaders.
