[lworld] RFR: 8372723: [lworld] Un-problem list TestVerifyGraphEdges.java

Backout [JDK-8371388](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8371388) was done in commit 48bbc950f11113a57ea03f877bc3e526982c0eef
which arrived in Valhalla in Merge jdk https://github.com/openjdk/valhalla/pull/1772, that was merged on the 8th Dec. Tested with
tier1,tier2,tier3,hs-precheckin-comp,hs-comp-stress,valhalla-comp-stress, and I obersed no failure of `TestVerifyGraphEdges.java`,
while it should have been enough to observe multiple failures before.

It seems fine to unproblem list then!
