[lworld] RFR: 8365989: [lworld] Un-ProblemList MemoryAccessProviderTest.java and TestHotSpotResolvedJavaField.java

We can un-problem list the tests because https://github.com/openjdk/valhalla/pull/1712 disabled the assert in Valhalla. Once [JDK-8350208](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8350208) is merged, [JDK-8371125](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8371125) will re-enable the assert.
