[lworld] Integrated: 8376292: [lworld] compiler/ciReplay/TestValueClassArrays.java should not run with additional VM flags

`compiler/ciReplay/TestValueClassArrays.java` relies on a specific IR shape to count traps. This no longer works if we pass, for example, `-XX:PerMethodTrapLimit=0`. I therefore suggest to just make this test flagless because we want to only verify that compiler replay is working. The test will then only be run on tier3 (`tier3-comp-default-flags`) which is fine I think.
