I had the same thought. We do run the test with `--enable-preview` which is probably why the JBS issue was created. However, we should also ensure this passes without `--enable-preview`. I'll look into it if that's the case in reality. I think we should have two paths for the assertion, one for preview (`Arguments::is_valhalla_enabled`) and one without.
