Welcome Eric Lippert

Please welcome Eric Lippert, formerly of Microsoft's language team, who 
will be joining the Valhalla EG. Many of us are familiar with Eric's 
work; during his sixteen years at Microsoft he was a developer working 
on the Visual Basic, VBScript, JScript and C# compilers.  He has also 
been a member of the C# language design committee and the ECMAScript
