I confirm what Alexander is saying.  It is only about the restore token 
used by screen capture.
The restore token is critical for automated testing and that is the 
bread and butter of our routine
CI testing and also applies to all the extra testing done during the 
latter stages of a release.
Functional and conformance tests are both affected.

So for RHEL 9.x / OL 9.x, we basically can't test it without the restore 
token.
And if we can't test it, we can't support it, since we have no idea how 
well it works.
