Libdecor

Hi,

Libdecor works for client side decorations (I tested it with EGL). By
looking at the code, it will also query for client side decorations and let
them decorate, which is the case of some compositors like kwin.

It works by using the Subcompositor and creating a subsurface that stays
below the content surface.

I haven't figured out yet how to work with "whole window size" as it seems
oriented by content size.

Just reporting, in case it's useful...
