bugzilla cannot connect to MySQL

Hi,

The bugzilla server running on bugs.openjdk.java.net cannot access its
MySQL instance:

Can't connect to the database.
Error: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock' (146)
  Is your database installed and up and running?
  Do you have the correct username and password selected in localconfig?

Could someone take a look?
