bugzilla cannot connect to MySQL

I found the dump, it's on jdk-hg.sfbay.  The actual mysql data starting 
on May 7th is very suspect.  I may need to rollback the data to the 7th.

I have no idea what's going, but I think the out of disk triggered it. 
mysql is trying to start, and is spinning through process ids.
