FAQ links broken

Thanks Dalibor. I see the main page FAQ link to the "Free and Open
Source Java FAQ" page is still broken. I found an archived copy and
placed it here: http://icedtea.classpath.org/openjdk/java/faq.jsp.html

Would be nice to get this back online at the original location. Or maybe
just host it directly on openjdk.java.net if getting it back through the
sun.com -> oracle.com redirections is too difficult.
