I did watch the video 
(http://www.atlassian.com/software/crucible/videos/crucible-overview.jsp) and 
the tool
looks cool.    I played with the sandbox version online a bit and it 
seems fine - no immediate horrors.

Coupled with Jira and fisheye  I'd say that it really would be  worth 
setting up a prototype environment and experimenting.
There is a lot of good stuff here and the best way to evaluate it is via 
some hands-on activities.
