RTC is pretty sophisticated -  it does a lot more than bug tracking 
including having its own source control system.   I will have to 
remember to check for Solaris support when I look at these sorts of 
things in the future :-)

 From a bug tacking point of view I believe everything can be down via 
the browser.  What extra browser support were you looking for?  (Chrome 
perhaps?) Or just a wider range for version support of Firefox and IE?

Just to be clear my list is sort of in order.     I pick Bugzilla first 
because it has the longest, most successful pedigree even though I find 
configuring it a pain.   I go with Jira second as it is runs on Java , 
is high quality , has great support and is very configurable.   I Iisted 
RTC because  (not withstanding who I work for)   I actually like it.   I 
can't speak for the source control side  but the bug management and 
process management support is first class.
