Hi!

If we enable voting, the document [1] should describe some kind of SLA 
for what we do with the vote statistics.

My suggestion is that we say that we commit to taking the top N voted 
issues seriously.

Taking an issue seriously would not necessarily mean fixing it (that 
could be impossible), but something along the lines of:

* We'll post an official analysis / opinion on the issue.

* We'll post updates at least every N months.

* We'll consider fixing it, and if we can't fix it we'll clearly explain 
why.
