I'd like to suggest one requirement for consideration:

The ability to mass-modify the milestone, status, priority, add/remove keywords, or component groupings of individual bugs. Since the macosx-port is going to undergo many substantial changes, it would be useful to be able to effectively group bugs, to push them between engineers and milestones as the port evolves.
