I kind of agree with Phil here. Openly accessible is the critical issue here.
I'm concerned that if we limit ourselves to just open source bug tracking tools, we have
narrowed down the selections a bit too much.
I don't really care which one gets picked myself, I just want it done.

I also don't believe in the Tooth Fairy, and am not expecting all these great features
to be available on day 1, no matter which tool is picked, all this will take some time.
I'm after the "openly accessible" part, and as soon as possible.

Although I have to confess that years ago I tried to get my children to believe in the
ToeNail Fairy, unfortunately they knew me too well and I failed. :^(
