Update on bug system for OpenJDK

Hi all,

As you know from earlier discussions, we have been evaluating Bugzilla and JIRA for bug management for OpenJDK.

I have posted the latest comparison notes here:

It would be great to hear your comments on this.

We are also comparing two systems for code reviews (Review Board and Crucible) and I will post the comparison notes here in the next few days.
