Is there any chance to get a better access to mailing list archives?

Searching a post or following a thread on http://mail.openjdk.java.net/pipermail/.... IMHO is a 
nightmare.

In the meantime, a link to the archive as footer or each post would be very helpful.

Doesn't it be enough just to restart Windows Explorer (e.g. by closing a
running Windows Explorer instance from Task-Manager)?
