There is a planned outage for bugs.sun.com October 7-9. The 
bugreport.sun.com site will also be unavailable. The site will be 
available as soon as possible once the facilities changes are completed.

We will be placing a notice on bugs.sun.com in the next few days and 
during the outage a 'we are working on it' page will be displayed.
