Issues editing the OpenJDK Wiki

Hi All,

I've made a few edits (to the layout of the home page in particular) and
have started a JDK 8 testing page for FOSS projects.

I keep running across a couple of issues with the Oracle wiki:

1.) I keep getting the message "Draft saving timed out"
2.) Often (~50% of the time) I can't get to the Wiki Markup tab when
editing, the server never seems to respond and I have to try and go in and
out of that page again.

Any advice much appreciated!
