You shouldn't have to go through an admin to add images, as a quick search like https://wiki.openjdk.java.net/dosearchsite.action?queryString=png&where=conf_all&type=attachment&lastModified=&contributor=&contributorUsername= shows.

Anyhow, if there is a specific attachment you'd like to add, please contact ops.
