Trouble Logging to the https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/ JIRA instance

Hi there,

I'm logging into https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/ and I get redirected to
produce my OpenJDK email and password.  When I fill out the correct values
it redirects me to the JIRA instance but I remain in a logged out state.

This occurs on Chrome, FireFox, Safari.  Not sure how to proceed next.
