how to register in openjdk

Hi Omair,

I am an Oracle employee, so I was able to get logged in using my Oracle credentials.  I just wanted to monitor bugs submitted to Oracle internal projects such as Mission Control.  I would love to become an OpenJDK developer - if I could just find some spare time :(

As it says in the linked mails, the OpenJDK JIRA is restricted to developers. If you are using the Oracle's proprietary Java versions, you can report and view bugs at bugs.java.com, but you can't comment on them there. That's restricted to developers.

You are preaching to the choir! Personally, I would have preferred if the bug tracker was accessible to everyone (like pretty much every other Open Source project). Unfortunately, the OpenJDK project decided this was how it was going to be :(
