Update mailing list software

Currently OpenJDK mailing list uses  Pipermail 0.09 (Mailman)
<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GNU_Mailman> which is very old version. What
personally I want is to have a simple link "Show this thread".
New version of GNU Mailman supports many useful features but it is another
mail archive software HyperKitty
<http://hyperkitty.readthedocs.io/en/latest/> which GNU Mailman uses itself
for users support
<https://lists.mailman3.org/archives/list/mailman-users@mailman3.org/>
Would it be possible to change or update mail archive fronted?
I think this is something that can improve productivity.
