Requesting editor rights to the OpenJDK Mac OS X Port Wiki

This is an example I see in OpenJDK too often and I think we should do
better.

I know I'm guilty of this as well! But if a new contributor comes in
offering their help on something minor/useful like documentation we should
not immediately stone-wall them because they don't meet a particular level
to help.  Instead, we should offer to introduce that person to someone who
*does* have the right level of access so that at least their contribution
doesn't go to waste and they are welcomed into the OpenJDK community.

We can certainly also point them to what it takes to get to the right level
so they can contribute more readily in the future, but let's not turn
people away at their first interaction with OpenJDK.  Again, I've been
guilty of this as well and so I'm going to try and change.
