JDK 14 directory structure

Hi!

I'm glad that the directory structure seems to be stable
for the time being. For the first time, I didn't have to
update the `install-jdk.sh` [1] script to access a +1 build of
a just release -ea distribution. Yeah! :-)


I like the new release cadence -- the build matrix [2] ranging
from JDK 9 to 14 looks quite impressive.
