bugreport.java.com redirects to HTTP error site when experiencing technical difficulties

Hello,
currently bugreport.java.com redirects to the error page http://www.oracle.com/splash/bugreport.java.com/index.html because it appears to be experiencing technical difficulties.
However, that error page is served unencrypted over HTTP. Would it be possible to redirect
to the HTTPS version instead?
