Provide JDK download URIs

Hi Magnus,

any news on this topic? Just updated my "best-guess parser"
to the updated HTML syntax used on the archive subpage: [0]

If I understood Denis correctly [1], something is in the works
to finally supersede my (and others) handcrafted mapping.
